Got questions? We've got answers.
Can I customize coffee pod boxes for different pod counts and formats?
You can configure the Folding Carton around the dimensions of your sealed pods or capsules, target count, arrangement, and shelf orientation. Confirm pod diameter, capsule height, packed footprint, closure behavior, and filled appearance with us, then use a production sample to check the complete pack-out before bulk production.
Can a Folding Carton touch coffee pods directly?
We plan the Folding Carton as secondary packaging around sealed pods or capsules, not as the direct food-contact or aroma-barrier layer. If coffee or another food product will touch a packaging layer directly, tell us during setup so we can confirm the correct primary packaging route; our pouch line is the recommended starting point for direct food contact.
Can I print roast, flavor, count, and compatibility information?
You can apply artwork to the carton dieline and review the carton in our 3D design flow. Check roast and flavor hierarchy, pod count, brewing cues, compatibility wording, barcode space, finish placement, and closure panels before approval, and make sure you have the right to use any machine or system names shown in the artwork.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom coffee pod boxes?
We support ordering from 100 units per specification. One specification means one size, material, and design combination, so separate flavor designs, counts, or carton sizes may each need their own minimum.
Can I order a production sample before bulk production?
You can order a production sample before bulk. Use it to check size, board feel, print, finish, tuck behavior, pod movement, foil-lid clearance, information hierarchy, and filled appearance before approving the full run.
How do I see the 3D preview, landed price, and production timeline?
Configure the Folding Carton in our product-page design flow, apply your artwork, and select the specifications, quantity, and shipping method. The 3D preview lets you review the carton, the landed quote updates from the selected setup, and the current Folding Carton production estimate is 7-9 days depending on your order specifications.
