The Brand
Pikes builds photorealistic 3D visuals for consumer brands: pitch decks, e-commerce listings, the images a product is judged on before anyone has held it. We engineer the physical structure: material specs, dielines, tolerances, and what a factory can actually run.
Our connection did not begin with a cold reach-out or a partnership pitch. A brand working with Pikes on visuals and with us on structure saw the two halves belonged in the same conversation, and brought us together.

The Challenge
In most packaging projects those two halves never speak. The render gets made for marketing, the structure gets engineered separately, and the cost of that shows up late. A render built for a pitch deck turns out not to fold. A pouch arrives looking noticeably different from the listing images a customer already saw.

The Solution
Pikes builds the visual assets. We engineer the physical structure. Both work off the same structural CAD file.
When a brand brings a concept to Pikes, we evaluate the dieline early, confirming substrate, caliper, print tolerances and manufacturing cost before high-fidelity renders are finalized. When a brand needs listing images or a sales deck before mass production finishes, Pikes renders from our structural CAD rather than from an approximation.

The Result
What a customer sees on screen is the same object that arrives in the box. Neither of us is doing the other's job: we are not reviewing their renders and they are not engineering our packaging. The handoff is a file, and the file is accurate, which is most of what goes wrong when these two worlds are handled by people who never talk.
