“They measured every jar, noodle pack, and pouch until the interior fit like a glove”

The story between KYUNU and Dylign

No Guesswork. Just the Perfect Fit.

A green KYUNU Thai shrimp tom yum noodle soup pouch is displayed with shrimp, lime, tomatoes, and herbs.

The Brand

KYUNU was founded to redefine how people experience authentic, slow-simmered Asian noodles at home, built on traditional recipes and clean ingredients. When the brand prepared to send its signature noodle sets to media and influencers, the unboxing had to carry the same intentionality as the food.

Three KYUNU noodle soup pouches in different colors sit inside and above a shopping basket.

The Challenge

The box had to hold three completely different things: a heavy glass sauce jar, a delicate pack of fresh noodles, and a flexible pouch of soup base. Different weights, different fragility, different footprints, all inside one structure that has to look composed the moment the lid comes off.

There were no reliable internal dimensions to design against. Guessing them from design files would have produced a box that either pinches the pouch or lets the jar move in transit.

The Solution

We asked KYUNU to ship the actual products to us, then measured everything: how deep and wide each component needed to sit, how the glass jar settled into the foam structure, the fill height of the noodle packs, and the clearance the soup pouch needed to lay flat without pinching.

From those measurements, we engineered a three-compartment interior insert that balances the weight across the box, holds the glass jar still in transit, and frames each component cleanly when the lid is lifted.

The Result

A rigid PR box where three unlike products sit exactly where they should, survive shipping, and present as one set rather than three items that happened to travel together.

“Dylign made three very different products feel like one complete experience.”
