The Brand
The Kettlery sells premium single-origin loose-leaf teas, tisanes and artisanal blends, made in India by local artisans and shipped to more than a dozen countries.
Sandeep Kotecha grew up on Masala Chai in Gujarat, where chai holds every kind of gathering together. Years later, working for a large tea retailer in the States, he found a whole world he had never been shown: leaves from China, Japan, Sri Lanka, each producing something different in the cup. What struck him was that tea is one of the most widely drunk things on earth and most people only ever meet one version of it. He started The Kettlery to hand them the rest.

The Challenge
Delicate tea leaves need uncompromised protection against moisture, oxygen and light, and a clear window is the hardest place to deliver it. Traditional windows struggle to hold barrier performance without falling back on materials that cannot be recycled.
On top of that, The Kettlery came to us needing to verify sustainable material specs against a tight bulk production deadline. Material verification normally costs weeks of back-and-forth testing, and there were not weeks available.

The Solution
Rather than sending generic samples and leaving the brand to guess, we provided a complete Material Tech Sheet from the start: recyclable compliance, seal strength and barrier performance, all documented up front so Sandeep's team could verify it immediately.
With the material locked in, we engineered a high-clarity transparent window into the high-barrier structure. The texture and natural color of the leaves stay visible on shelf while the aroma stays protected inside.
When a rush order came through, our production team compressed the timeline and delivered the finished bulk order on schedule with the seal integrity and print quality intact.

The Result
A recyclable pouch that shows the tea and protects it, verified on paper before production started and delivered on a deadline that left no room for a second attempt.
Recyclable packaging was already a commitment The Kettlery had made across the business, and it is a commitment that gets hard exactly here, on a pouch that has to hold aroma for months and still let a customer see the leaf. We built the version that does both.
Sandeep started this company because most people only ever meet one kind of tea. The pouch is how the rest of it introduces itself on a shelf.
